The founders
Josie Noveski & Tony Norman.
Equestrian Digital is led by Josie Noveski, a show rider and judge with 25+ years of marketing experience across equestrian, beauty, automotive and fashion, working with brands including BMW, Mercedes, Maserati and Trivett Classic.
Co-founder Tony Norman is a showjumper, judge, talent scout, manager and breeder. He bred Oaks Ella, ridden by Champion Showjumper Chris Chugg of Team Chuggy Equestrian.
